These terms cover only the Phygify beta waitlist at phygify.me. By submitting your email you agree to them.
What this is
Signing up adds your email to a waitlist so we can invite you to the Phygify beta. It does not create an account, a purchase, a subscription, or any guarantee of access.
The beta
The beta is a work in progress. We may change, delay, limit, or cancel it at any time, and invitations are at our discretion. Features described on the landing page are goals we're building toward — not promises or a description of a finished product.
No fees
Nothing is sold or charged on this page. Joining the waitlist is free.
Communications
By joining, you agree we can email you about the Phygify beta. You can opt out at any time — just email hello@phygify.me and we'll remove you from the list.
Your responsibilities
- Use an email address you control.
- Don't add other people's emails without their permission.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the site.
Content & intellectual property
The page, the Phygify name and logo, and its content belong to Phygify. The page is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this waitlist page.
Who runs this
Phygify is an independent, pre-launch project — not (yet) an incorporated company. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
