Privacy notice
Beta waitlist · Last updated 27 July 2026
This notice covers only the Phygify beta waitlist at phygify.me — the page where you give us your email to be notified when the beta opens. It's separate from any privacy policy that will cover the Phygify product once it launches.
What we collect
- The email address you type into the form.
- A little technical context sent with your request: the page/referrer you arrived from, a country code (provided by Cloudflare, derived from your IP address — we do not store the IP itself), and the date and time you signed up.
That's everything. No name, no phone, no payment details — none of that is asked for or collected here.
Why we collect it
Solely to email you when the Phygify beta opens, plus the occasional closely-related update. Nothing else. We don't build advertising profiles.
Cookies & tracking
This page sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser stores one small flag locally (localStorage) so you aren't asked to sign up twice — that stays on your device and we never read it.
Where it's stored
Your signup is stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Phygify is an independent, pre-launch project — not (yet) an incorporated company. Questions? Email hello@phygify.me.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf as our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
Until the beta launches (at which point we'll either invite you with fresh consent or delete it) or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
Your choices & rights
Email hello@phygify.me anytime to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or to be removed from the list. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have those data-protection rights and we'll honour them.
Changes
If we change how the waitlist handles data, we'll update this page and the date above.
